Considering there is no “un-send email” button, a little quality assurance goes a long way when sending email to thousands of subscribers! Use this checklist to ensure you’re not caught sending out an email you wish you could take back!

Email Delivery Checklist
- Have you pre-tested your campaign to popular ISPs (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail)?
- Is your sending domain authenticating upon delivery?
- Are you sending to a targeted segment of engaged subscribers?
- Is your email content optimized and free of “spammy” phrases & words?
- Is there a balanced text to image ratio?
- Is your subject line free of grammatical errors?
- Is your HTML free of bad syntax?
- Does your text version match the HTML version of your email?
- Are any of the links included in your email creative blacklisted?
- Does your email contain an unsubscribe link and physical address?
